Terms and Conditions

The lesson duration will be a minimum of one hour. On your first lesson you must bring your Provisional or Full License with you, whichever is most recent. Your licence must be checked prior to teaching you to drive as it is a legal requirement.

If the instructor is late for any reason the time will be added at the end of the lesson or at a mutually convenient time for both instructor and pupil. If you are late however, then you lose that period of the lesson.

PAYMENTS

If you pay for your lesson on a pay as you go basis the money will be taken at the beginning of each lesson, any block bookings must be paid for in advance.

Payment can be made by card or cash.

CANCELLATIONS

The instructor reserves the right to rearrange any lessons to a mutually convenient time without liability. My cancellation policy is 48 hours’ notice given by pupil will incur a 50% charge of lesson fee, 24 hours’ notice or less by pupil will incur 100% charge of lesson fee.

PRACTICAL DRIVING TEST

Before booking your driving test you must check with your instructor that you are properly prepared and ready. If you decide you want to cancel your test, you must give the Driving a Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) 3 clear working days. They will not refund any monies outside this notice time.

CODE OF PRACTICE

The Driving and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) Code of Practice for Approved Driving Instructors will be adhered to at all time by: ANGELA’S DRIVING SCHOOL. Call or Text: 07903 456 064.

GDPR

Regarding GDPR rules and regulations, strict privacy will be adhered to as some data will need to be kept on files.

COMPLAINTS AND GRIEVANCES

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Angela’s tuition to learner drivers, or to people looking for pass plus or refresher lessons. She went above and beyond my expectations, confidently guiding me with a structured approach, but always flexible towards any requests I might have. At the period approaching my test I had to stop my lessons to assist my mum after a significant operation, which meant there was a big gap in between my lessons; Angela pulled out all the stops, and helped me pass my test first time round! Angela’s focus, communication, explanation, and patience puts her head and shoulders above most instructors in my opinion. I was nervous about learning to drive, but she instilled confidence and technique that I will carry on long after my lessons have finished. 1 week after finishing my lessons and I’ve confidently driven from Kent to Wales on business. 11/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🚙💨

Angela is an absolute amazing instructor. I’ve been struggling to pass for a long time before starting lessons with Angela and the first test I’ve had since being with her, I passed. Passed my test first time yesterday with Angela and would definitely recommend her as an instructor. She is extremely knowledgeable and I went into my test feeling confident I had all the tools and knowledge to succeed. I was the most nervous anxious learner ever. Angie reassured me in every single way possible that all would be fine, I told myself and fully believed I would just be one of those people who could never be able to drive . Angie proved me very very wrong. Anyone who has any fear of driving or even uncertainty on certain aspects of driving. The best advice I could give you is to get on board with her and she will teach you a skill that will last a lifetime. I'm so glad I bit the bullet and went for it. I've been driving for a good 7 months now and I honestly couldn't imagine my life without the freedom of driving It opens so many doors in life !!!!! I can not fault Angie in any way what so ever she did absolutely everything possible to give me the confidence I needed to achieve my goals. That lady deserves her own crown for all the hard work she puts in to help people learn to drive. So don't even consider it just do it!!! If you are nervous about driving she will put your mind at ease for sure. Hands down the best 👌
